Knowledge Assessment

The product-based knowledge assessment program validates your skills and knowledge for a particular product. Participants are expected to attend the appropriate product training class and pass the unproctored assessment.

Certification

The role-based certification program for content management currently offers three tracks, Application Developer, System Administrator, and Technology Architect, and requires advanced curricula, and proctored exams to meet industry and EMC standards for certification.
